Being unemployed has it's perks. Not only do my parents have full permission to give me chores around the house at 21 years of age, but I have time to bake. A lot :)
Last night's creation was Cookie Dough Cheese Cake Bars, a recipe I found on My Baking Addiction's Blog. Mine look a lot more.. homely.. than hers, haha but tastes equally as good, I assume!
This was my first experience with anything cheesecake related, so I kind of fluked the base and.. well basically the whole thing, really. I tend to use recipes as more of a guideline than a rule book :P
