Tonight for dinner, I cooked up Double Crunch Honey Garlic Chicken Breasts from Rock Recipes Blog. It was so easy, not as messy as I was expecting, and was the ultimate taste sensation- crunchy, juicy, spicy, sweet, the works.
It was so good, that my dad is insisting that they go on burgers for lunch tomorrow, which is a pretty high praise coming from him.
I served them with fried rice, but would go great with plain rice, noodles, anything really.
Now I'm off to lay down with my food baby!
